Who?

Matrescence is a group designed for mothers and their newborns (0-6-or-so months.) You do not need to be a first-time mother to attend; postpartum requires support no matter how many times you’ve walked the path!

If you have older children and are looking for connection and community, please consider joining MotherCircle.

When?

We gather every Wednesday morning from 10:00 am-11:00 am.

Our group begins February 7, 2024. Please see the registration form for each month’s sessions.

Where?

Balanced Breastfeeding, 1601 Concord Pike Suite 56, Wilmington Delaware 19803
Note: There is ample parking however please note the suite is on the second floor with no elevator access.

WHAT TO EXPECT?

At every session of group, you can expect the following:

• Meaningful discussion of relevant themes of new motherhood

• Journaling prompts

• Deep connection with other mothers in the same life season

• Poems and meditations to reflect on through the week

• Practical, realistic self-care strategies

• Tears, belly laughs, and yummy snacks

…All this in a supportive, welcoming environment made for mothers just like you.

How much?

$20 - single drop-in session; $65 - 4-session pack
